Dominique Brownes is a Montreal-born actress, writer and producer. Her first feature film credit was a role opposing Chris Pine in Will Smith produced "This Means War". Dominique has also performed in 3 languages in plays, films, TV and web series.
Classically trained in theatre, Dominique has earned a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Theatre Performance and has also completed a Bachelor’s of Arts in Communications Studies at Concordia University. She has acted in English, French and Creole.
As a producer, Dominique has worked on the development of lifestyle TV series pilot projects in Vancouver and Toronto and co-founded of LiberHaiti, a company that focuses on the promotion of new Afri-Canadian work and talent. Currently working on the completion of her first play, she enjoys spoken word, running in 4-inch high heels and learning new languages during her free time.
