Cultural project manager, technical producer and sound engineer. Through science and art the priority is delivering meaningful experiences for communities and audiences. Carolina’s current projects are directed to building citizenship and belonging through artistic expression, cherishing creativity and technology. Amateur dancer, singer, and music producer, her approach to creation is routed in movement, understanding it as the source of life, and therefore sound, music, dance, and presence.

As a sound engineer, she has been involved in recording, mixing, and editing projects for NYO Canada, Noé Lira, Quatuor Bozzini, Misi, Bank of the Republic, Bogotá Philharmonic Orchestra, Yuki Isami, Liberto Medeiros, Manella. She was an Audio Engineer practicum at the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity in 2017. As a dancer, she is currently part of Tondoa, a research-creation dance company taking inspiration from Afro-Colombian rhythms.

After finishing her studies in Sound Recording at McGill University, she has been working as the Production Manager at la Hacienda Creative and MNTRA Instruments leading projects that link technology, innovation, creativity, and artistry for music. Separately, she continues to learn participating in courses and certificates on Climate Change, Social Justice through the OAS, and Deep Listening.
