Responding to: “What are the systems that ensure the relationality of the ALP growth model?”

For me, there are two ideas foundational to developing policies & structures in organizations that work across cultures:

  1. Valuing and trusting conflict for its potential to turn polarized relationships into insights and revelations. (Which is one meaning of the Anigituhwa word Eloheh – where you turn conflict – internal or external – into wisdom)
  2. Recognizing how unhealed trauma manifests a downward spiral of perpetrators creating victims, victims creating saviors, saviors creating victims, victims becoming perpetrators—and on and on—down the generations. Healing trauma, the kind of deep healing that penetrates the tissues, the type of healing that makes space for lost soul fragments to return, promotes pro-social and generative relationships. This is something we see in nature, biology, and energetic relationships.
